My name is Colton and I've been in the Construction industry my whole life.
Being the son of a residential painting contractor, much of my youth was done working on job sites and learning all I could about the trades. As a young man, I got a job working for a local construction company, and eventually became a general contractor.
Years later, I decided to start my own home maintenance company and after working for several different homeowners, i realized something. Homeowners are set up for failure. When you purchase a home, there is nobody there to let you know about everything that must be done to properly maintain your home. There is no training, no class, really nothing there to teach homeowners about all the small technical things that they should know so they aren't spending thousands of dollars a year on repair costs.
